The QL4016-0PF144C is a part of the QuickRAM family of ESPs (Embedded Standard Products) which combines FPGA logic with Dual-Port SRAM modules. It is a 16,000 usable PLD gate member that is fabricated on a 0.35 µm four-layer metal process using QuickLogics patented ViaLinkTM technology.
