Description
The KUSBX-AS2N-B is a sub-femtoamp Remote SourceMeter SMU Instrument designed to combine voltage and current sourcing and measurement functions for electronic component testing. It offers exceptional measurement integrity with sensitivity, noise, and input resistance specifications superior to that of electrometers. The model features a Remote PreAmp with a very sensitive bi-directional amplifier and sensitive feedback elements, enabling precise current measurements at the device being tested. The signals from the Remote PreAmp are transmitted to the controlling mainframe via a two-meter cable, allowing for direct or short connections to minimize cable noise.
