Description
The RURP3020 is an ultrafast diode specifically designed for use in switching power supply, power switching circuits, and general-purpose applications which need ultrafast switching with low forward voltage drop. The diode has a reverse voltage rating of 200V, and it is of planar, silicon nitride passivated, ion-implanted, epitaxial construction. The RURP3020 also features soft recovery characteristics, which comes with a trr of less than 45ns and it is capable of handling an avalanche-energy.

Advantages- The ultrafast switching characteristics of the diode are unique.
