Description
The AF9945N is an N-Channel enhancement mode power field effect transistor used in various electronic applications. It is produced using Fairchild's proprietary, planar stripe, DMOS technology. This technology ensures minimal on-state resistance, superior switching performance, and the ability to withstand high energy pulses in avalanche and commutation modes. The AF9945N is particularly suitable for low voltage applications such as automotive, high efficiency switching for DC/DC converters, and DC motor control.
