Description
FM93C46AM8X is a 1024-bit CMOS non-volatile EEPROM organized as a 64 x 16-bit array. It features a MICROWIRE interface that is compatible with many standard Microcontrollers and Microprocessors. The device offers a user-selectable 16-bit or 8-bit data format through the ORG pin. It has 7 instructions for various Read, Write, Erase, and Write Enable/Disable operations. This device is fabricated using Fairchild Semiconductor floating-gate CMOS process for high reliability, endurance, and low power consumption. The "LZ" and "L" versions of FM93C46A have very low standby current, making them suitable for low power applications. It is available in both SO and TSSOP packages for small space considerations.
