Description

MC9S12E128VFUE is a 112/80 pin low-cost general-purpose Microcontroller Unit (MCU) from the MC9S12E-Family. It is equipped with a 16-bit HCS12 CPU, up to 256K bytes of Flash EEPROM, up to 16K bytes of RAM, and various on-chip peripherals such as serial communication interface modules (SCI), serial peripheral interface (SPI), Inter-IC Bus(IIC), timers, analog-to-digital converter (ADC), and digital-to-analog converters (DAC). The MCU has a full 16-bit data path and a PLL circuit for adjusting power consumption and performance. It also includes wake-up capability from STOP or WAIT mode and an on-chip bandgap-based voltage regulator (VREG) for generating the internal digital supply voltage. MC9S12E128VFUE comes in a 112-pin LQFP or 80-pin QFP package.
