Description
The 88AP310-B1-BGK2C624-TN02 is an electronic component model that belongs to the IC Chips category. It is part of the DG181 thru DG191 series of analog gates. These gates are designed to function as electronic switches and consist of 2 or 4 N-channel junction-type field-effect transistors (JFET). The switches can be controlled by low-level inputs (0.8V to 2V) using level-shifting drivers. The driver ensures a faster turn-off speed than turn-on speed, allowing break-before-make action when switching channels. Each switch conducts current equally well in both directions when in the ON state and blocks voltages up to 20V peak-to-peak in the OFF condition. The switch-off input-output isolation is 50dB at 10MHz due to the low output impedance of the FET-gate driving circuit.
