Description
The PAA132STR is a solid state relay that features two independent, optically coupled, normally open, single-pole relays in a compact 8-pin package. It utilizes Clare's patented OptoMOS architecture to activate the efficient MOSFET switches in the output. With a 3750V rms input-to-output isolation barrier, this relay provides excellent control and safety. The isolated output is controlled by a highly effective GaAlAs infrared LED at the input.
