Description
The VN770K13TR is a three-chip package housed in a standard SO-28 package, consisting of a double high-side switch and two low-side switches. This device is suitable for use as a low-voltage bridge, and it comes with several features including linear current limitation, very low standby power dissipation, short circuit protection, status flag diagnostic, integrated clamping circuits, undervoltage protection and ESD protection. The double high-side and low-side switches are made using STMicroelectronics' VIPower M0-3 Technology.
