Description
The SP3220EBEY is an RS-232 driver/receiver solution designed for portable and handheld applications such as palmtop computers, instrumentation, and consumer products. It features a high-efficiency charge-pump power supply that enables true RS-232 performance with a single power supply ranging from +3.0V to +5.0V. This device only requires 0.1µF capacitors in 3.3V operation.
