The TE28F800B3B90 is an Advanced Boot Block flash memory IC chip optimized for low power, portable systems. This product features I/Os with a range of 1.65 V–2.5 V or 2.7 V– 3.6 V and a low VCC/VPP operating range of 2.7 V–3.6 V for read, program, and erase operations. It utilizes Flexible SmartVoltage Technology that allows 2.7 V–3.6 V Read/Program/Erase and 12 V VPP Fast Production Programming. This IC chip also offers two I/O options, 2.7 V or 1.65 V I/O, which reduces overall system power and has a high performance of 2.7 V–3.6 V: 90 ns Max Access Time and 3.0 V–3.6 V: 80 ns Max Access Time.
