The AD6640AST is a high-performance monolithic 12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter used in various applications such as cellular/PCS base stations, multimode receivers, GPS anti-jamming receivers, communications receivers, and phased array receivers. It provides a complete conversion solution with its on-chip track-and-hold and reference functions while running on a single +5 V supply.
