Description
The RT8283AHGS is a high efficiency, monolithic synchronous step-down DC/DC converter that can deliver up to 3A output current from a 4.5V to 23V input supply. It features a current mode architecture and external compensation which allows for optimized transient response over a wide range of loads and output capacitors. The RT8283AHGS also provides various protection features such as output under voltage protection and thermal shutdown protection. With a low current shutdown mode, it enables easy power management in battery-powered systems. This electronic component is available in a SOP-8 (Exposed Pad) package.
