The ZETEX model specifically features the MAX1501 intelligent, constant-current, constant voltage (CCCV) technology, making it an efficient battery charger for Li+ cells and NiMH/NiCd batteries. With its integration of current sense resistor, PMOS pass element, and thermal regulation circuitry, it offers a simple charging solution for handheld devices.
