The NM27C128Q150 is a high performance 128K UV Erasable Electrically Programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM) manufactured by Fairchild. It features Fairchild’s latest CMOS split gate EPROM technology which allows it to operate at speeds as fast as 90 ns access time over the full operating range. It is designed with a high performance CMOS for microprocessor compatibility and offers a fast turn-off feature. The NM27C128Q150 has a JEDEC standard pin configuration and is available in a 28-pin PDIP package, 32-pin chip carrier, and 28-pin CERDIP package. It can be used as a drop-in replacement for the 27C128 or 27128 models and offers a 40% faster programming time with Fairchild’s turbo algorithm.
