Description
The TRSF3223ECDB is a high-performance module for bi-directional serial optical data communications. It operates at a nominal wavelength of 1550 nm and is designed for single-mode fiber. The transmitter section uses a multiple quantum well 1550 nm DFB laser, while the receiver section uses an integrated InGaAs detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC. With a PECL logic interface, it simplifies the interface to external circuitry. This module is compliant with the international safety standard IEC-60825 for class 1 lasers. It is suitable for applications such as SONET OC-3 / SDH STM-1 (L-1.2) and Fast Ethernet.
