Description
The HCPL-073A-500E is a single and dual channel transistor output optocoupler with very low power consumption and high gain. It is the equivalent single and dual channel product in an SO-8 footprint, with each channel driven by an input current as low as 40 µA and a typical current transfer ratio of 3500%. The device operates with VCC as low as 1.6 V and is TTL and CMOS compatible. It is UL recognized, CSA approved, and IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-2 approved with VIORM = 630 V peak, making it suitable for a wide range of applications in portable systems.

- 8-pin product compatible with 6N138/6N139 and HCPL-2730/HCPL-2731
- Available in 8-Pin DIP and SOIC-8 footprint
