Description
The LM2852XMXA-2.5 is a micropower two-terminal bandgap voltage regulator diode designed to operate over a wide current range of 10 µA to 20 mA. It features exceptionally low dynamic impedance, low noise, and stable operation over time and temperature. The device has tight voltage tolerances achieved by on-chip trimming and a large dynamic operating range. With its extremely low operating current, the LM2852XMXA-2.5 is ideal for micropower circuitry and applications that require extended battery life.
