The UPG2179TB is a GaAs MMIC for PA driver amplifier with variable gain function. It is specifically designed for Personal Digital Cellular (PDC) and L-band applications. This electronic component operates at 3.0V and offers high gain with low distortion. The UPG2106TB is suitable for 800 MHz band applications, while the UPG2110TB is designed for 1.5 GHz band applications.
