The U6624B is a Dot Matrix LCD controller driver designed for 12-character 1-line displays with icon display capabilities. It is a single chip solution that incorporates various features such as bleeder resistance, general output port, keyscan circuit, CR oscillator, microprocessor interface circuit, instruction decoder controller, character generator ROM/RAM, high voltage operation common, segment drivers, and more.
