Description
The BD9222FV is a DC-AC Inverter Control IC. It uses a 20V process and has 1 channel control with Push-Pull. It can synchronize operation with an external sync-signal. The accuracy of the drive output frequency is 3.5% (IC Only/Built-in CT Capacitor). It has a high accuracy timer latch current of ±15%. The IC also has a built-in FAIL function and adjustable latch timing and slow start time. It features lamp current and voltage sense feedback control. The operating or stand-by mode can be selected using the STB pin.
