Description
Electronic Component Model: W98640G61H-G is a high-speed synchronous dynamic random access memory (SDRAM) organized as 2M words x 4 banks x 8 bits. It uses a pipelined architecture and 0.20um process technology to deliver a data bandwidth of up to 133M (-75) bytes per second. It is available in two speed grades: -75 compliant with the PC133 specification, and -8H compliant with the PC100/CL2 specification.
