Description
This is the STK5486, an electronic component classified as an IC chip. It is an "Inverter IPM" device that is highly integrated, allowing for control from HV-DC to 3-phase outputs in a single SIP module (Single-In line Package). The output stage uses IGBT/FRD technology and includes Under Voltage Protection (UVP) and Over Current Protection (OCP) with a Fault Detection output flag. Additionally, it features internal Boost diodes for high side gate boost drive.
