Description
The TL431CTA is a three-terminal adjustable shunt regulator designed for various applications. It has a specified thermal stability over a wide temperature range and can handle voltages up to 40V with the use of external resistors. This device is an excellent replacement for zener diodes, thanks to its sharp turn-on characteristic. The TL431CTA operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +125℃.
