Description
The AD7703AR is an analog to digital converter (ADC) belonging to the Analog to Digital Converters (ADCs) product category. It is a 20-bit ADC that utilizes a sigma-delta (S-D) conversion technique. The ADC is equipped with a self-calibration feature that ensures excellent inherent linearity and endpoint accuracy. The analog input is continuously sampled by an analog modulator, which is processed by an on-chip digital filter with a six-pole Gaussian response. The output data rate can be up to 4 kHz, and the filter corner frequency and sampling rate are set by a master clock input that may be supplied externally, or by a crystal-controlled on-chip clock oscillator.
