The HIN232ECB-T is a part of the HIN23xE family of RS-232 transmitters/receivers interface circuits that meet all ElA high-speed RS-232E and V.28 specifications. It is particularly suitable for applications where ±12V is not available. The HIN232ECB-T features a redesigned transmitter circuit that improves data rate and slew rate, making it suitable for ISDN and high-speed modems.Specifications and features
