Description
The CAT7125CA is an IC chip that belongs to the family of CAT705, CAT706, and CAT813. These ICs provide reset and monitoring functions to electronic systems. The CAT7125CA monitors the system voltage and maintains a reset output until that voltage reaches the device's specified trip value, after which the reset output remains active until the device's internal timer allows the system power supply to stabilize. In addition, the CAT7125CA comes with a watchdog input that monitors a system signal and causes a reset to be issued if the signal fails to change state before a timeout condition.
