The ULA2803ADWR is an electronic component model in the IC Chips category. It is a 2 Mbit / 4 Mbit Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) Flash memory with single-, dual-, or quad-output capability. The ULA2803ADWR supports a 33 MHz fclock rate in normal read mode and 104 MHz in fast read mode (Quad output is 100MHz), making it one of the fastest devices in the industry. With a voltage range of 2.3 Volt to 3.6 Volt, it can perform read, erase, and program operations. The ULA2803ADWR can be programmed in standard EPROM programmers.
