Description
This AU6367 is a highly integrated single chip for USB SD/MMC flash card reader and UFD controller. It supports USB2.0 high-speed transmission to SD/MMC card and SLC flash memory interface in one chip. The characteristic of high integration lets AU6367 be easily produced as the multi-feature (Flash card reader/UFD) device.
