Description
The AK2361E is a super integrated cordless telephone IC. It is designed with a built-in voice filter for cordless telephones, MSK MODEM (2400 bps), and COMPANDOR circuit. The IC has a wide range of operation from 1.9 V to 5.5 V. It also includes a built-in buffer amplifier for ceramic receiver driving, electronic volume for microphone sensitivity and modulator/demodulator sensitivity, and a muting function for voice transmitting and receiving. The AK2361E is housed in a 24-pin VSOP package and is compatible with the Japanese cordless telephones specification. An evaluation board, AKD2361/E, is available for testing and development.
