Description
The SY88933VKGTR is a high-sensitivity limiting post amplifier specifically designed for use in fiber-optic receivers. It is intended to connect to typical transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs) to process and enhance the linear signal output. With a single 3.3V power supply, this component operates in the range of DC to 1.25Gbps and offers low-noise PECL data outputs. It also features a high gain SD, a chatter-free open-collector TTL signal detect (SD) output with an internal 4.75kΩ pull-up resistor, a TTL EN input, and a programmable SD level set (SDLVL). Its compact 10-pin MSOP package makes it pin-compatible with the SY88933V.
