Description
The IRFS340B is an N-Channel enhancement mode power field effect transistor. It is produced using Fairchild's proprietary, planar, DMOS technology. This transistor is designed to minimize on-state resistance, provide superior switching performance, and withstand high energy pulses in avalanche and commutation modes. It is ideal for use in high efficiency switch mode power supplies and electronic lamp ballasts based on a half-bridge configuration.
