The WM8900L is a high-performance ultra-low power stereo CODEC optimized for portable audio applications. It incorporates an innovative dual-mode charge pump architecture to optimize efficiency and power consumption during playback. The device features stereo ground-referenced headphone amplifiers using the Wolfson 'Class W' amplifier techniques, which eliminates the need for headphone coupling capacitors. It also includes common mode feedback paths to reject ground noise.
