The M5M51008BFP-70LL is a CMOS static RAM that is organized as 131072 word by 8-bit supported by high-performance triple polysilicon CMOS technology. This resistive load NMOS cells and CMOS periphery product attains high density and low power static RAM, which is suitable for battery backup applications.
