Description
The RP102x Series is a CMOS-based voltage regulator IC with high output voltage accuracy, extremely low supply current, low ON-resistance, and high ripple rejection. The IC consists of a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, a resistor-net for voltage setting, a current limit circuit, and a chip enable circuit. It has low dropout voltage and a "chip enable" function, making it suitable for powering handheld communication equipment. The ICs are available in SOT-23-5, DFN(PLP)1820-6, and WLCSP-4-P2 packages, allowing for high-density mounting on boards.
