It also includes a Timer module, a Pulse-width modulation (PWM) unit, a System integration module (SIM), a Physical layer interface controller (PLIC), an IEEE 1149.1 boundary-scan test access port (JTAG) for board-level testing, and operates at a voltage of 3.3 V ±0.3 V and temperature range of 0 –70°C. The MCF5272CVM66J is packaged in a compact ultra low-profile 196 ball-molded plastic ball-grid array package (PGBA).
