Description
The SP211BCT is a multi-channel RS-232 line transceiver in the SP200 series of electronic components. It is designed with low-power CMOS construction and features Sipex patented on-board charge pump circuitry. The charge pump capacitors used in this model are 0.1µF, which saves board space and reduces circuit cost. The SP211BCT also includes a low-power shutdown mode that reduces power supply drain to 1µA, as well as a WakeUp function to keep the receivers active in the shutdown mode.
