Description
The TS7815 is a monolithic integrated circuit designed as a fixed-voltage regulator for a wide variety of applications, including local, on-card regulation. It employs internal current limiting, thermal shutdown, and safe-area compensation. With adequate heatsink, it can deliver output currents of up to 1 ampere. In addition, the TS7815 can be used with external components to obtain adjustable voltages and currents.
