    The AD834JNZ is a monolithic, laser-trimmed four-quadrant analog multiplier designed for use in high frequency applications. It has a transconductance bandwidth of over 500 MHz with a differential voltage input. The total full-scale error is typically 0.5%, depending on the application mode and external circuitry. The AD834JNZ is relatively insensitive to temperature and supply variations due to its stable biasing based on a band gap reference generator and other design features. The outputs of the AD834JNZ appear as a differential pair of currents at open collectors, requiring an external current-to-voltage conversion for a single-ended ground referenced voltage output. This conversion can be achieved through a wideband transformer, balun, or active circuitry such as an op amp.
