Description
The RURP840 is an electronic component model that belongs to the product category of IC chips. It is a low forward voltage drop ultrafast recovery rectifier device with a trr < 60ns. The device uses glass-passivated ion-implanted, epitaxial construction. The RURP840 is designed to be used as an output rectifier and flywheel diode in a range of high-frequency pulsed-width modulated switching regulators. Its low stored charge and fast reverse-recovery behavior minimize electrical noise generation and significantly reduce turn-on dissipation in associated power switching transistors.
