Description
5962-8978501PA is a series of hermetically sealed optocouplers that come with single, dual, and quad channels. These products can operate and store data over the entire military temperature range. They can be purchased as a standard product or with full MIL-PRF-38534 Class Level H or K testing from the corresponding DSCC Drawing. All components are manufactured and tested on a MIL-PRF-38534 certified line and are included in the Qualified Manufacturers List QML-38534 for Hybrid Microcircuits of the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC).
