The ADCS9888CVH-205 belongs to the Analog Front End (AFE) category. It is a high-performance monolithic CMOS analog-to- digital converter (ADC) with five integrated 12-bit ADCs, a high-performance sample-and-hold circuit, automatic internal offset and gain calibration, and multiple multiplexed inputs. It supports a wide analog input bandwidth of 3 GHz with a sampling frequency of 2.5 GSPS. It also supports data rates of LVDS output up to 2.5 Gbps. The device is available in a 144-ball CSP_BGA package that suits a wide range of applications.
