Description
24C16A is an IC Chip and is essentially an electrically erasable and programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) that is specially optimized for low-power and low-voltage operations. The device is usually used in several commercial and industrial applications. 24C16A provides 16384 bits of serial EEPROM organized as 2048 words of 8 bits each. It is available in several packages including 8-lead PDIP, 8-lead JEDEC SOIC, 8-lead TSSOP, and 8-ball dBGA2 packages accessed via a Two-wire serial interface.
