Description
The NJU7771F18 is a low dropout voltage regulator designed for portable items. It features advanced CMOS technology that achieves high ripple rejection and low quiescent current. Additionally, the NJU7774/75/76 model includes a shunt switch which improves the turn off response of the output voltage when ON/OFF control is used.
