Description
The AK1274A-L is a high linearity mixer designed for RF and Lo frequency range coverage from 700 to 3500MHz and IF coverage from 20 to 200MHz. It features a single-ended 50Ω RF input interface, 50Ω matched and complementary Lo ports, and differential open drain IF output ports. The linearity and power consumption performances can be optimized by adjusting the resistance connected to the BIAS Pin.
