The TS1117CM-33 is a high-performance positive voltage regulator designed for use in applications requiring low dropout performance at full rated current. It is part of the TS1117 Series, which provides excellent regulation over variations due to changes in line, load, and temperature. This three-terminal regulator is available in fixed and adjustable voltage options, and comes in popular packages such as TO-263, TO-220, TO-252, and SOT-223.
