Description
The SAB-C163-LF-CU is a 16-bit single-chip CMOS microcontroller. It is a derivative of the Siemens C166 family of microcontrollers and offers high CPU performance with enhanced IO capabilities. With a CPU clock speed of up to 25 MHz, it can execute up to 12.5 million instructions per second.
It features a high-performance 16-bit CPU with a 4-stage pipeline, allowing for an 80 ns instruction cycle time. It also has additional instructions to support high-level languages and operating systems. The microcontroller has a total linear address space of 16 MBytes for code and data and includes 1024 Bytes of on-chip special function register area.
