Description

NT6861 is a monitor component integrated circuit for auto-sync and digital-controlled applications. It is designed with a 6502 8-bit CPU core, 256 bytes of RAM for working and stack area, 24K bytes of ROM for programming, 14-channel 8-bit Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) Digital-to-Analog converters, and 2-channel Analog-to-Digital converters for key detection. NT6861 also features an 8-bit pre-loadable base timer and an I2C bus interface. It provides an internal signal processor for Hsync and Vsync signals to detect the mode, watch-dog timer to prevent abnormal operation, and EDID data storage for DDC1/2B in the 128 bytes of RAM.
