Description
The VC5278 is a CMOS voltage detector suitable for battery-powered applications. It has an extremely low operating current of 1µA and comes in small surface mount packaging. The threshold voltage can be specified from 2.1V to 6.0V, in 0.1V steps. This component is designed to provide precise detection thresholds and has a wide detection range of 2.1V to 6.0V. It operates in a voltage range of 1.5V to 10V.
