The UPG2131T5D-E1-A is a GaAs MMIC for PA driver amplifier with variable gain function. It was developed for PDC (Personal Digital Cellular) and other L-band applications in Japan. The device operates at a low voltage of 3.0V and provides high gain with low distortion. The UPG2131T5D-E1-A is specifically designed for applications in the 800 MHz band.
